Settlement of status of gunmen and wanted persons continues in Daraa countryside

Daraa, (ST) – On Tuesday, the process of settling the status of the gunmen, wanted persons and deserters from military service continued in the city of Al-Harak, the town of Al-Sura and the village of Alma in the northeastern countryside of Daraa, according to the settlement agreement proposed by the state.

SANA reporter in Daraa stated that, “the competent authorities, in cooperation with the army units, followed up for the second day the process of settling the situation of the gunmen, wanted persons and those fleeing military service from the people of Al-Harak, the town of Al-Sura and the village of Alma, in addition to handing over their arms, in a center that was opened yesterday in Al-Harak.”

 The settlement processes continues in Daraa governorate, which started from the Daraa Al-Balad neighborhood and included, during the past weeks, the villages of Al-Ghariya Al-Gharbiyyeh, Al-Ghariya Al-Sharqiya, the town of Khirbet Ghazala, the village of Al-Yadudah, the town of Muzayrib, the city of Tafas, the town of Tal Shehab, the villages and towns of the Hawad Al-Yarmouk, the cities of Nawa, Jassim, Al-Musaifra, Kahil, Nassib, Umm Al-Mayathen, Tasil, Al-Jizah, Al-Jizah and Ankhil and others, as part of the Syrian state’s efforts to ensure security, stability and the return of life to normal in the governorate.
