The establishment of Israeli settlements in the occupied Syrian Golan is illegal, says Czech Radio

Prague, (ST) – Czech radio confirmed that the establishment of the Israeli occupation entity settlements in the occupied Syrian Golan constitute an illegal act and a clear violation of international law.

The radio stressed  in its report today that the majority of the countries of the world consider this measure a violation of international law and an illegal act, because it is taking place on occupied Syrian lands, indicating that the Czech position on this matter is fully consistent with the positions of these countries.

The radio indicated that “Israel” has also occupied the West Bank since June 1967 and has built illegal settlements on it from the point of view of international law.
