Senegalese President stresses his country’s desire to boost cooperation with Syria

President Macky Sall of Senegal has affirmed his country’s desire to enhance its relations with Syria in different fields.

He made the remarks during a ceremony held on Saturday to accept the credentials of Syria’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Senegal Khaldoun Adnan Zaafaranji.

He expressed hope that Syria will enjoy security and stability soon, stressing the importance of boosting bilateral ties for the good of the peoples of the two countries.

For his part, Zaafaranji emphasized Syria’s desire to strengthen Syria-Senegal cooperation in different domains, wishing Senegal and the Senegalese people continuous progress and prosperity.
