Ankara (ST): Secretary General of the Turkish Communist Party Kemal Okuyan described the unilateral coercive measures against Syria and the so-called Caesar Act as a savage policy pursued by Washington against the states and people who reject the US colonialist policy.
In a statement he made today, Okuyan said that it was not the first time for the US and its European allies impose economic, financial, commercial and political sanctions against Syria, noting that all these sanctions did not affect the strong will and steadfastness of the Syrian people who have achieved victory against terrorism and remained steadfast in the face of the largest and unprecedented imperialist aggression.
He referred to the legendary steadfastness of Syrian people in confronting immoral and inhuman aggression.
