SDF militia raids houses in Ghweran neighborhood in Hasakah city

The US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” militia raided on Sunday a number of houses in Ghweran neighborhood in the city of Hasakah under the pretext of searching for detainees escaped from the “Al-Thanaweyah Al-Senaeyeh” Prison last month.

According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the (SDF) militia raided a number of houses in Ghweran neighborhood under the pretext of searching for escaped detainees from the ” Al-Thanaweyah Al-Senaeyeh” Prison, after completely encircling the southeastern part of the neighborhood and tightening repressive practices against the residents at the checkpoints.

Last Wednesday, the militia raided a number of houses in the villages of Khirbet Elias and Al Dhiba, north of the city of Hasakah, after encircling them almost completely and imposing a total embargo on the entry and exit of the people. It also kidnapped a number of civilians under the pretext of pursuing fugitives from the ” Al-Thanaweyah Al-Senaeyeh” Prison and took them to an unknown destination.
