SDF militia kidnaps civilians, prevents teachers for doing their work in Raqqa countryside

The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) separatist militia has stormed into areas in Raqqa countryside kidnapped a number of people and prevented teachers from doing their works in the schools of the city of Al-Tabqa.

Local sources told SANA reporter on Wednesday that 6 military cars that belong to the SDF militia, cordoned off the village of Al-Yamama, northwest of Raqqa, kidnapped a number of people, including members of an entire family for resisting the SDF militants, and took them to unknown destination.

Moreover, the SDF militia kidnapped three citizens in the village of Hazima, handcuffed them and took them to one of the militia’s neighboring positions.

The sources added that the so-called Education Committee, which is affiliated to the SDF militia, prevented a number of teachers, who took part in anti-SDF militia protests, from going to their schools in the city of Al-Tabqa, in Raqqa western countryside.
