The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Militia has kidnapped a number of civilians in some villages in Hasakah southern countryside and took them to unknown destination.

A number of SDF’s military vehicles cordoned off the village of Khirbet Al-Tamer, Allili and Al-Tareqiya in the south of Hasakah and the militants stormed into the locals’ houses and kidnapped scores of civilians, local sources told SANA on Saturday.

The SDF militia has intensified its raids on the areas under its control in the Syrian Al-Jazira region during which it kidnapped hundreds of civilians from the countryside of Deir Ezzor, Raqqa and Hasakah and took dozens of youths to training camps in preparation to force them to fight within its ranks.
