SDF militia carries out raids in Deir Ezzor countryside and kidnaps a number of civilians

Deir Ezzour (ST): The SDF militia, backed by the American occupation forces, carried out a campaign of raids in the village of Al-Kassar and the town of Jdeed Akidat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour, and kidnapped a number of civilians.

Local sources said that armed groups of the SDF raided the homes of citizens in al-Kassar village in the eastern countryside and kidnapped a number of civilians and took them to an unknown destination.

Meanwhile, the sources reported that other groups of the SDF militia cordoned off the town of Jdeed Akidat and raided the homes of citizens and seized one of the buildings in it in response to the killing of two leaders of the militia in an ambush that targeted a joint convoy with the American occupation forces in the town yesterday.

 Yesterday, three SDF gunmen were killed in an ambush carried out by the popular factions for a joint patrol of the American occupation forces and the militia in the vicinity of the Koniko gas plant, which the occupation forces use as a base in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour.
