SDF militants kidnapped 6 civilians and stole water pipes in Raqqa

On May 1st, the US-backed SDF militias kidnapped a number of civilians from the city of Raqqa to force them to fight within its ranks. 

Local sources said that armed groups of the SDF raided a number of houses in Al Majma` Street in the city of Raqqa and Hazima Farm , 10kms north Raqqa city  and established a new checkpoint near the amusement park. 

The local sourced added that the SDF militants kidnapped six civilians, including four young men, and forcibly recruited them. 

The local sources from the area said that armed men affiliated with the SDF militias stole the main water pipes in Al-Tarwazia village, north of Raqqa, and took them to their areas of control, which led to depriving the people of drinking water and irrigating their crops.

Last Wednesday, the SDF militias launched a campaign of raids, during which they kidnappeda number of people.
