SDF militant killed, several others injured in separate attacks in Deir Ezzor countryside

A militant affiliated to the US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF) separatist militia was killed and several others were injured in two separate attacks by popular factions on the militia’s axis of movement.

Local sources told SANA that popular factions targeted with machinegun fire an SDF military point near the village of Al-Zer in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside, killing a militant, injuring others and causing damage to their vehicles.

The sources added that another attack was carried out by popular factions against an “SDF” militia checkpoint in the town of Al-Sabha in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, causing injuries to the militants at the checkpoint.

On Friday, an “SDF” militant was killed and others were injured in a machinegun attack by popular factions on an SDF car, to the west of the Syrian city of Raqqa.
