Scores of Palestinians injured in an anti-settlement demonstration in Hebron

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Scores of Palestinians suffered from suffocation today when the occupation troops repressed an anti-settlement demonstration staged in Msafer Yata to the south of Hebron in the West Bank.

The Coordinator of the national and people’s committees for resisting settlement and the racist wall Rateb al-Jabbour said that the occupation troops threw gas bombs against the demonstrators who took to the streets in protest against the Israeli occupation plans to seize 3600 dunums of the Palestinian lands in al-Tha’ala area to the east of Yata with the aim of expanding settlements causing scores of suffocation cases.
