Scores of Palestinians in Tulkarm city call for saving the lives of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails
OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, Nov 23, (ST)-The city of Tulkarm in the West Bank witnessed on Tuesday a stand in support of the Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation jails.
Wafa Agency reported that scores of Palestinians gathered outside the doors of the headquarters of International Red Cross and raised the Palestinian flag and pictures of sick prisoners and hunger strikers, calling on the international community to take urgent action to save their lives and compel the occupation to release them and stop its violations against all prisoners.
About 5,000 Palestinian prisoners inside Israeli occupation detention facilities face harsh detention conditions, including about 600 prisoners who need urgent medical intervention.
