Scores of fighters desert ISIS in Aleppo countryside

Scores of fighters have deserted ISIS in the northern country of Aleppo, according to the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen Television channel.

The TV channel quoted local source as saying that the ISIS fighters are deserting due to conflicts between the ISIS members over payment of financial dues to the fighters.

Another reason for the conflicts is the confusion resulted from the death of a lot of ISIS fighters in the Syrian-Russian air strikes.

Yesterday, the Syrian al-Ikhbaria TV channel reported that there is collapse inside the self- proclaimed the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria in Raqqa city. .

“Hundreds of ISIS terrorists have deserted the organization and there are conflicts among ISIS terrorists,”  sources said, adding that the people of Raqqa have been fed up with the crimes of ISIS terrorists and they have confirmed their determination to drive the terrorists out of their city.
