Sayyed Nasrallah: Whoever bets that killing, assassinating, wars, blockades and punishments to affect will of resistance is delusional

 The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, confirmed that the Americans created the terrorist organization “ISIS” for purposes related to Syria and for renewing the American occupation of Iraq.

Sayyid Nasrallah delivered a speech today on the occasion of the first anniversary of the assassination of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Forces and their comrades.

Sayyid Nasrallah said: We tell the Americans and the Israelis, “Whoever bets that killing, assassination, wars, siege and sanctions, will harm the will and determination of the resistance is delusional.

Sayyed Nasrallah added: We in Lebanon cannot equate those who supported us with their positive stance, money and weapons and were martyred alongside our martyrs  to those who contrived to plot against us or who supported the Israeli enemy. In Lebanon we do not equate between those who stood with us and those who say to the Israelis: Do not stop the war before crushing the resistance.

Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the resistance is protecting Lebanon against the Israeli enemy taking into consideration the equation, which preserves Lebanon’s rights and sovereignty.

Nasrallah highlighted the role of the two martyrs Soleimani and Al-Muhandis, their sacrifices, and their support for the resistance in the face of the aggressive plans contrived against  the region.  The assassination crime had great repercussions and effects, Nasrallah added, reminding his listeners of the enormous sacrifices made by the martyrs.

Nasrallah noted that, contrary to the expectations of the Americans, the axis of resistance was able to “contain this very big blow”, as the Americans assumed that the situation in Iraq and the resistance would collapse upon the assassination of Lieutenant General Soleimani. According to our culture and history, we know how to turn threats into opportunities and blood into a powerful motive for resilience and more responsibility.

Nasrallah reiterated that the United States, which claims to fight terrorism, had created the terrorist organization ISIS to serve its plans in Syria and renew the American occupation oof Iraq.
