“The extremist occupying mentality fails to understand what the Palestinian land means to the people of Palestine and their deep connection to it.” The Saudi Foreign ministry said in a statement.

The statement added “Saudi Arabia strongly rejects such statements, which aim to divert attention from the ongoing crimes of the occupation in Gaza.”

“Lasting peace can only be achieved through the acceptance of the principle of peaceful coexistence via a two-state solution.” The Saudi foreign ministry stressed.
