Saudi Arabia fully cooperating with Zionists over Iran: Report

Saudi Arabia is fully cooperating with Israel on a host of issues regarding Iran, particularly the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program, a senior European official has reportedly said.

“The Saudi authorities are completely coordinated with Israel on all matters related to Iran,” Israel’s Channel 2 quoted the European official as saying on Tuesday, without specifying him by name.

The official said Israel also shares intelligence with Saudi Arabia on Iran’s nuclear program at a very intimate level.

According to the TV report, the Saudi officials have, in various unspecified diplomatic discussions, assured Israelis that they are ready to allow the regime’s air force to use the kingdom’s airspace for a potential attack on Iran.

“The Saudis have declared their readiness for the Israeli Air Force to overfly Saudi airspace en route to attack Iran if an attack is necessary,” the report said, stressing that Riyadh’s only condition is that Israel makes “some kind of progress” in talks with Palestinians.

Saudi officials have yet to comment on this report.

Although Tel Aviv and Riyadh do not have diplomatic ties, reports of their long-time cooperation on various matters have emerged.
