HASAKA, (ST)- The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) has distributed an agricultural  grant to the locals of Tal Brak and Harm Sheikho in the countryside of Qameshli to help them establish house gardens in compensation for the damage caused to their agricultural lands because of last season’s fires.

SARC said in a statement on Wednesday that the organization’s volunteers distributed the house gardens grant to 500 families in the villages of Tal Brak and Haram Sheikho in Qameshli countryside to help them start the new year with hope after the loss inflicted upon them because of the fires that ate their crops last season.
