The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) has delivered a convoy of food aid to seven towns in the southeastern countryside of Daraa province.
Head of SARC branch in Daraa Ahmad al-Masalmeh told SANA reporter that a convoy of 15 trucks carrying food aid (2050 food parcels as well as 2050 bags of flour) arrived in a number of towns in Daraa countryside where administrative unites are to manage the aid distribution to the locals.
Al-Masalmeh pointed out that the food aid is presented by the Word Food Program (WFP).
The countryside of Daraa is witnessing a state of recovery after the terrorists have been defeated by the Syrian Arab army and thousands of locals have returned to their residence place in this area. The government has also spared no effort as to meet all basic requirements of normal life to the citizens.
