Salmon filet stew with carrots, brocoli and cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

2 salmon fillet

100 g carrots, chopped

100 g broccoli, chopped

100 g cauliflower florets

1 onion

1 cube vegetable stock

1 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon sunflower oil

pepper

salt

Cooking method according to shahiya.com

1- Chop the onion and fry with sunflower oil until brown.

2- Add the chopped vegetables and cover with water.

3- Add the vegetable stock. (You can also prepare your own mixture of herbs and spices to replace the stock).

4- Simmer for 20 minutes stirring from time to time.

5- Apply salt and pepper to both sides of the fish and add them to the vegetables.

6- Cook for an additional 10 min.

7- Sprinkle the flour over the stew and mix gently.
