Sage and cream marinated chicken skewers

Ingredients

1.            8 chicken breasts cut into cubes

2.            1/2 cup of vegetable oil

3.            1/4 cup of white vinegar

4.            Squeeze of half a lemon

5.            2 tablespoons of fresh sage minced

6.            Salt and pepper

7.            Garlic powder

8.            Fresh garlic minced

9.            1/2 cup of cream

10.          Paprika

11.          Dried herbs

Preparation:

. Marinate chicken in all the above ingredients and place on wooden skewers and grill.

. For potatoes: I rubbed them with oil salt pepper and smoked paprika and baked in oven.
