Sabbagh reiterates that the liberation of the occupied Syrian Golan is inevitable

DAMASCUS, Feb. 14, (ST)- The Speaker of the People’s Assembly [Parliament]Hammouda Sabbagh said on Monday that the occupied Syrian Golan will remain Syrian territory, adding that victory over the Zionist entity, and the liberation of the occupied Golan is inevitable thanks to the steadfastness of Syria’s people, army and leadership.
 
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), Sabbagh hailed, during a session for the People’s Assembly on the 40th anniversary of the comprehensive national strike in the occupied Syrian Golan, the steadfastness of the Syrian citizens in the occupied Golan and their commitment to their rights and rejection of all brutal practices of the  Zionist entity.
 
A number of the members of the parliament called on the international community to reject the decision of the Israeli occupation authorities to annex the occupied Syrian Golan.
