Sabbagh receives a phone call from his Bahraini counterpart, confirming his country’s keenness on Syria’s security and stability

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Bassam Sabbagh received a phone call from Bahraini Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, during which they discussed developments in northern Syria. Minister Sabbagh briefed  his Bahraini counterpart  on the  scope of the terrorist attack launched by Jabhat al-Nusrah terrorist organization on Aleppo and Idlib, in which a large number of foreign terrorists participated, who were clearly monitored by various media platforms.
Minister Sabbagh affirmed the Syrian state’s decision to continue confronting this terrorism with all severity and firmness, protecting its citizens,  and restoring security and stability throughout the country.
In turn, Minister Al-Zayani affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s firm position in ensuring Syria’s security and rejecting anything that threatens its stability, unity and territorial integrity.
