Ryabkov: America is responsible for destabilizing international security
Moscow (ST): Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov held the United States fully responsible for destabilizing international security, stressing that it seeks to dominate the world by any means.
In a statement to RIA Novosti, Ryabkov indicated that Washington today, as in times of the Caribbean crisis, does not want to take into account Russia’s concerns, and seeks strategic military superiority, and does not want to recognize the right of other countries to protect their vital interests, and this is destructive to international security.
He noted that six decades ago, Russia and America had sufficiently retreated from the brink of war , by reaching a geopolitical settlement at the time that averted a nuclear catastrophe, and now attention must be paid to this matter.
