Russian person at Tartous port tests negative for Covid-19

Health Ministry asserted that the suspected case [Russian person] of Covid-19 at Tartous port tested negative.
 
The Ministry added in a statement on Sunday that first test of coronavirus, which was conducted on Saturday for the Russian person at Tartous port was positive, therefore the Ministry took a decision to prevent workers from leaving the port until conducting test for all the workers who communicated with the suspected case, indicating that the results of analyses were negative.
The workers were allowed to return home and the port returned to work normally.
