Russian parliamentarian: Syria will emerge victorious from its war on terrorism

With the help of its allies, Syria will emerge victorious from its war on terrorism and it will recover from the effects of the war,  the Russian Duma’s Coordinator for ties with the Syrian parliament Dmitry Sablin  said.

He told Novosti that Russia will remain with the Syrian people in their struggle for the future of their country and it will reinforce its presence in the Mediterranean Sea with the aim of protecting the region’s security.

“Our western partners want Russia to go out of Syria; however, Syria – with the help of its allies, has proven its ability to brake the coercive  democratization that the west tries to impose through terrorists, he added.
