Russian Foreign Affairs Condemns Israeli Aggression against Syria as Flagrant Violation of Syria’s Sovereignty and International Law
Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a statement today:” Israeli aircrafts carried out attacks on the outskirts of Aleppo and Damascus, killing and wounding dozens, including civilians, and once again we emphasize that such aggressive actions against the Syrian Arab Republic constitute a flagrant violation of its sovereignty and the basic norms of international law.”
“These attacks are absolutely unacceptable and we strongly condemn such provocative actions, which entail very serious consequences in the context of the sharp deterioration of the situation in the region,”the spokeswoman added.
