Russian forces find a large cache of weapons at the Zaporozhye station

Moscow (ST): Russian National Guard forces have found a large cache of weapons at the Ukrainian nuclear plant Zaporozhye.

Russia Today website quoted a representative of the National Guard forces as telling reporters that “in the course of controlling the Ukrainian nuclear plant Zaporozhye, more than 500 weapons, including heavy NATO weapons, and a large amount of ammunition were found in the plant’s power units.”

 

The representative of the National Guard indicated that gunfire platforms for militants were also found on the electricity generating units, pointing out that the Russian forces were fired upon from the administrative buildings during the process of controlling them. On March 4, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that it had taken complete control of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant located in southern Ukraine.
