Russian experts: Establishing a Palestinian state is the basis for stabilizing the situation in the Middle East region

Member of the administration of the Russian Association for Political Science, Vladimir Shubavalov, confirmed today that the establishment of an independent Palestinian state is the basis for stabilizing the situation in the Middle East region, which is going through a very difficult period as a result of the aggressive policy of the United States.

Shubavalov said in an interview in Moscow today: “What is happening in Gaza has reached a frightening level ,that indicates the inability of the international community to resist the American approach, in preventing the passage of any resolution condemning Israeli aggression, as well as putting an end to its barbarism.

He added that by blocking a Security Council resolution to stop the aggression, the United States is working to ignite wars in the world and fuel the aggression against Gaza.

For his part, the head of the Russian World Party in Latvia, Ruslan Bunkratov, stressed the need for urgent intervention, to stop the Israeli aggression and provide the necessary aid, because what is happening in Gaza is a humanitarian disaster on a global level.

Bonkratov added:”Justifying aggression under the pretext of self-defense, cannot be accepted by any rational person, because it contradicts the rules and norms of international and humanitarian law, and is inconsistent with the achievements of humanity over centuries in maintaining world peace.

Regarding the continued American support for the Zionist entity, Bonkratov said: “The American position is clearly characterized by its complete bias towards Israel, which confirms Washington’s aggressive approach that cannot be accepted.

He also noted that the peoples of the world are tired of the United States’ colonial approach, which is based on subjugating the will of the people and seizing their wealth by force.

Finally ,Alexander Brod, a member of the leadership of the Council for National Relations and Human Rights at the Russian Presidency, called for the need for international powers and their committees to take more decisive positions, in order to curb the aggression and stop the catastrophe against the Palestinian people.

He also noted that without implementing the international conventions related to realizing the rights of the Palestinians and establishing their independent state on their historical land, the region will see no calm or stability.
