Russian expert: CIA has turned into a global terrorist organization

Sergey Goncharov, Honorary President of the International Association of Veterans of the Anti-Terror Unit (Alpha), confirmed that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has turned into a global terrorist organization.

“We can clearly and confidently say that this agency is a global terrorist organization, the actions and activities it carried out in different parts of the world are based on violence, and its officials and elements are ready for any action, even murder,” Goncharov was quoted by the Sputnik news agency as saying.

Goncharov noted that the United States and its intelligence were behind the creation of the international terrorist organizations ISIS and Al-Qaeda and used them for its own purposes.

“We also remember the recent scandals related to the massive brutal torture that was used in secret prisons affiliated with the (CIA) and located in different countries,” he added, noting that this agency was for a period headed by Gina Haspel, who is known to be directly involved in the torture of prisoners.
