Russian Defense warns against the use of chemical weapons by Ukrainian nationalists in Kharkov and then accusing Russia of using them
On March 9th, the Russian Defense Ministry warned that Ukrainian nationalists are preparing to carry out provocations in the city of Kharkov using toxic substances to accuse Russia of using them.
“On the night of March 9, about 80 tons of ammonia were shipped to the village of Zolochev northwest of Kharkov by Ukrainian nationalists,” Sputnik quoted the ministry as saying in a statement.
The statement added that the residents who got out of there say that the nationalists taught them how to act correctly in case of exposure to a chemical attack.
The First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, had recently warned of the possibility of the United States or its allies of carrying out a serious provocation in Ukraine, especially after the former Lieutenant-Colonel in the Ukrainian Security Service VasilyProzorov revealed the possibility of Ukrainian forces launching a provocative chemical attack in the Donbass region and then accusing Russia of it.
It is noteworthy that the United States recently supplied containers with chemical weapons to Ukraine, which were later transferred to areas close to the line of contact in Donbass, and that these weapons are packed in such a way that they can fall from drones.
