Russian Defense: our Air Force hit the fortifications of terrorist organizations in Idlib

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that its Air Force targeted the positions and fortifications of terrorist organizations deployed in the countryside of Idlib.

The Deputy Head of the Russian Coordination Center, Admiral Vadim Collet, said that “Russian aviation raided the fortifications of terrorist armed groups in the villages of safuhn and Al-haloubi in Idlib countryside”.

“The Russian Air Force carried out air strikes in the two mentioned areas on underground shelters and fortifications where terrorists participating in attacks on positions of the Syrian Arab Army are holed up,”Collett noted.

In a related context, Collett pointed out that “during the past 24 hours, four attacks were recorded on the positions of the Syrian Arab Army in the Idlib de-escalation zone, launched by the terrorists of the al-Nusra Front and the Turkestan Islamic party, at a rate of two attacks on Aleppo province, and two attacks on Latakia Province.
