Russian Defense Ministry: Al-Nusra terrorists prepare for provocations using toxic materials in Idlib

The Russian Defense Ministry revealed preparations by “Al-Nusra Front” terrorists in their areas of deployment in Idlib countryside to carry out provocations using shells containing toxic substances, with the aim of accusing the Syrian Arab Army.

Deputy Head of the Russian Coordination Center in Hmeimim, Oleg Yegorov, said in a statement that the Russian center had received information about the preparation of “Jabhat al-Nusra” terrorists for provocations  to use shells containing toxic materials against civilians in the de-escalation zone in Idlib, and filmed it for publication on the Internet and the media to accuse the Syrian army of using Chemical weapons.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has confirmed more than once the existence of laboratories for the processing and preparation of toxic materials by terrorist organizations in Idlib, especially “Al-Nusra Front” organization, which is on the international terrorism list. These laboratories are run by specialists and experts who have been trained by the intelligence services of Western countries to be used in carrying out fabricated chemical attacks against civilians to accuse the Syrian state.
