Russian Defense Ministry: 14 breaches of “cessation of fighting acts” by terrorist organizations were observed during the past 24 hours

Moscow – Russian Defense Ministry announced on Thursday that 14 breaches of “cessation of fighting acts” by terrorist organizations were observed in Syria during the past 24 hours, SANA reported.

“14 breaches were observed, 3 in Damascus, 2 in Quneitra and Lattakia, 1 in each of Hama and Daraa and 5 breaches in Aleppo, said a statement by the Russian Center for Coordinating and Observing the cessation of fighting acts, published on the Ministry’s website page.

The center added “the Russian air force didn’t carry out airstrikes against armed groups which accepted the cessation of hostilities.”

 66 breaches of cessation of fighting acts have been observed since the start of applying the process at the midnight of last Friday-Saturday.
