Moscow (ST): The Russian Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response announced that the Kiev regime forces are preparing for provocations in the Kharkov region, during which Ukrainian citizens will be killed, with the aim of accusing the Russian forces of it.
Sputnik quoted a statement from the headquarters as saying: “The Kiev regime, with the aim of accusing the Russian Federation of a military crime, is preparing a bloody provocation, including the killing of its citizens in the city of Volchansk in the Kharkov province, during the distribution of humanitarian aid to the population, where the foreign mercenary unit will fire from cannons on groups of civilians.”
The statement explained that Ukraine is planning this terrorist act to discredit the Russian armed forces and accuse Russia of killing civilians.
