Russian aid distributed to people affected by earthquake in Hama countryside

Hama (ST) – Hama governorate on Monday distributed food aid provided by the Russian Federation to those affected by the earthquake in Al-Suqaylbiyah and Al-Abr shelter centers in Al-Ghab area in the governorate’s countryside.

Deputy Commander in charge of the administrative affairs of the Russian forces for Idlib region, Colonel Avenis, stated that the aid, included various food supplies as a humanitarian contribution from the Russian people to assist quake-affected people and to alleviate their suffering. He stressed the continuity of providing this aid to the afflicted people in various areas of the province.

Director of the operations room for emergency response to earthquakes in Hama Governorate Muhammad Abu Jadaan explained that the Russian aid included food supplies for those affected by the earthquake in Al-Suqaylabiyah and Al-Abr shelters in Al-Ghab area, Hama.
