Russia will continue supporting Syria in combating Covid-19 pandemic

MOSCOW, (ST)_ The Russian Foreign Minister declared on Monday that Moscow will press ahead with supporting Syria to combat the outbreak of Coronovirus pandemic.
 
Speaking at a press conference, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin said: “Our help to Syria for combating the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic has  started since a long time and in several fields.. And this will continue.”
 
Earlier today, Russian media outlets reported that Russia and Syria discussed the question of importing medicines for Covid-19 to Syria.
