MOSCOW – The Russian delegation plans to discuss military-technical, humanitarian, and political matters with Ukraine at negotiations on Thursday, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, who leads the delegation, said on Thursday, Interfax reported.
“The Russian delegation is working now, as we have three sets of proposals. It concerns the military-technical, humanitarian-international, and political aspects,” Medinsky told journalists on Thursday.
