MOSCOW, April.18, (ST)-Russia has delivered more than 700 tons of humanitarian aid to the residents of Donbass and several areas in Ukraine. 
 
The Russian Emergencies Ministry delivered more than 700 tons of humanitarian aid to the Donbass and Ukraine. 
 
The humanitarian aid includes water, baby food, medicines and building materials, the ministry clarified in a statement issued on Monday.
