Russia: America has admitted to committing war crimes in Ukraine

Washington (ST): The Russian Embassy in Washington considered that the US statements regarding the transfer of cluster munitions to Kiev constitute an admission of war crimes in Ukraine.

The embassy said in a statement today, according to Russia Today: “We have paid attention to the statements of the Strategic Communications Coordinator of the National Security Council at the White House, John Kirby, regarding the supply of cluster munitions to Ukraine, as the official admitted   that the United States committed war crimes during the Ukrainian conflict, and declared explicitly that civilians will die because of American cluster weapons.”
