On November 5, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that the fourth step in reducing Tehran’s obligations under the nuclear deal will begin pumping gas into centrifuges at the Fordow nuclear plant.
“The Iranian Atomic Energy Organization will start tomorrow the implementation of the fourth step of reducing our obligations under the nuclear agreement to pump gas into centrifuges at Fordow nuclear plant,” Rouhani said during a speech in Tehran.
Rouhani said: “The negotiations with the Europeans are continuing and there will be more discussions the next two months. Iran will return fully to the agreement if the embargo and sanctions are left.”
Rouhani added that the new activity at Fordow plant will be under the supervision of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors.
Rouhani reiterated that the US sanctions on the Iranian people will increase resistance and steadfastness and there is no dialogue with the United States before the lifting of all sanctions.
