Rouhani: History will not forget the UN silence regarding the American and Zionist terrorism

On September 26, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said history will not forget the silence of the United Nations regarding US economic terrorism being practiced against the Iranian people and the crimes of the Zionist entity in the region.

During his meeting with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres in New York, Rouhani noted that the Zionist occupation entity is constantly attacking the Palestinians and the countries of the region but the United Nations is silent. He called on the UN to shoulder responsibilities in this regard.

He pointed out that the Hormuz Peace Initiative is a new step that would show the serious cooperation of the United Nations with regard to achieving stability in the region.

For his part, Guterres reiterated his full support for the nuclear agreement signed with Iran.
