Rogov : 5,000 Polish mercenaries are on the Zaporozhye battle line

About 5,000 Polish mercenaries are on the Zaporozhye battle line, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the ‘We Together with Russia’ movement, told TASS on Wednesday.

“The number of Polish servicemen (mercenaries – TASS), well, that is, Poles, who are on the Zaporozhye battle line already amounts to thousands of people. According to our information, there are about 5,000 [mercenaries] or even more,” he said.

Rogov, in particular, drew attention to the fact that a large number of Polish-speaking citizens are treated in some hospitals in Zaporozhye, a city controlled by Kiev.

The official also confirmed that mercenaries from 34 countries are currently fighting on the Ukrainian side.
