Cuba called on the US administration to stop human rights violations in the United States before criticizing other countries in this regard.
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said on his Twitter account: “The United States deported more than 11,000 children from northern Central America in the first half of this year, a significant increase from the same period last year.”
“Instead of spending millions of taxpayer dollars to spread lies about children’s rights in Cuba, the US government should have worked to stop the abuse of children’s rights in the United States itself,” Rodriguez added.
