Residents of the Al-Zuhour neighborhood in Al-Hasakah demonstrate against the (SDF) militia

Al-Hasakah, (ST) – The residents Al-Zuhour neighborhood in the city of Al-Hasakah demonstrated against SDF militia and its criminal practices against them by continuing to deprive them of electricity for the third month in a row, while an armed group of the militia raided the homes of the people in the Aziziyah neighborhood.

SANA reporter in Al-Hasakah said that “the Zuhour neighborhood at the southern entrance to Al-Hasakah witnessed a demonstration against the (SDF) militia, which has cut off electricity to the neighborhood for nearly three months now.

The demonstrators demanded an end to the militia’s aggressive practices and its violations of freedoms and public life. They also demanded and an end to the kidnappings of dozens of youths that their armed groups carry out on a daily basis.

On the eastern side of the city, the reporter pointed out that an armed group of militia raided a house located near the meat slaughterhouse in Al-Aziziyah neighborhood and threatened the residents of the house.

During the last period, the people held demonstrations against the (SDF) militia supported by the American occupation forces in the areas of its deployment, especially in the city of Al-Hasakah and its countryside, protesting against  its criminal practices towards  the people and its attempt to seize civilian homes under false pretenses.
