Rehabilitation of a number of youths and children in kickboxing in Tartous

Kickboxing  has spread remarkably fast in Syria in the recent period, as   evident from observing  clubs and gyms, and it was included in the competitions and tournaments at the provincial or country level and abroad .. In follow-up to this game, an event was held at the Tartous gymnasium that included rehabilitation of children and youth who train for this game.

The head of the technical committee of kickboxing, Hassan Rajouh, and during an interview with him, he explained that the game of kickboxing is a popular game and it is more popular in the world, and the event includes the distribution of colored belts in kickboxing in the presence of a number of players of all ages, and he indicated that sport is of great importance in light of  diseases. Rajouh wished encouragement from everyone, and especially for the media to accompany sporting activities.

 

 For her part, Asmahan Sulaiman (trainer, referee and member of a jury) stated that summer schools (kickboxing game) were opened for children of all ages, and this is the first activity of the first stage of the belt (kickboxing) and the player skips to prepare him to enter the grades of this game. This event continues throughout the summer and winter period. For children who wish to continue this game, which is primarily a healthy sport (close combat and self-defense), it is a respectable sport, and participants can start this game from 3 years old to 53 years old.

Hanadi Ahmed (a member of a technical committee) also referred to the importance of developing children and youth athletically through practicing sports, noting that this event includes promotion to the top belts in the kickboxing game, and this is a great encouragement for sports. Children today are the youth of the future, so sport is a life alongside education.
