Recent publications addressed to children by the Syrian General Book Authority

Recently published by the Syrian General Organization for Books, a collection of stories directed to children, within the various series with their educational and purposeful contents and orientations.

Among these versions:

The collection of short stories (Bahr al-Awam), The story (The Adventures of a Fool and His Friends), written by: Nikolai Nosov, translated by: Dr. Hashem Hammadi, and this book, titled in the Russian original “The Adventures of Neznaika and His Friends”.

Two plays for children entitled (Eliminating Germs )(The Frog Knight), which are two play texts from Chinese theatrical literature.  (And a collection of stories :  (I will visit the world

As recently published, in electronic format, a collection of stories:

Eid rains, The magic pumpkin, Naya’s dream and where did the rainbow hide.

The Syrian General Book Authority will publish all these collections on paper at a later time

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Culture launched a cultural initiative by gifting each directorate of culture in the governorates about 300 books, and each of the schools of the sons of martyrs 200 books, as part of the Ministry’s plan to build thought, spread knowledge and support excellence.
