Raja al-Karrad won the golden medal in Wrestling

Rome – Syrian wrestler Raja al-Karrad won the golden medal in the (over 90 kg) game within the competitions of the Mediterranean Beach Games 2015 held in the Italian city of Pescara.

The Syrian team participating in the championship includes high-level wrestlers. Those are Mohammad Khan Sheikhouni (under 70 kg), Ghazwan Lazqani and Saleh Qassab (under 80 kg), Nawzat al-Saleh (under 90 kg) and Raja al-Karrad (over 90 kg).
