Raisi: The Palestinian issue has become a global humanitarian issue

Tehran – Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi affirmed that the Palestinian issue has become a global humanitarian issue thanks to the resistance of the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.

The Islamic Republic of Iran will not hesitate to support the Palestinian cause and is proud of its support for the Palestinian cause, President Raisi said.

President Raisi made the remarks in a meeting with Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran on Wednesday.

With the fierce resistance of the oppressed people of Gaza, the Palestinian issue has gone beyond the Islamic world and has become the issue of the world, he said, adding that the people of the world hate the Zionist criminal regime and the US as its main supporter, with all their heart, and they love the oppressed people of Gaza.

In his remarks, President Raisi said that the great movement of the Palestinian resistance forces in the Al-Aqsa Flood operation was a unique event whose failures are irreparable for the Zionist regime.

What has been proven today for all the people of the world is the legitimacy of the Palestinian issue and the position of its defenders, including the Islamic Republic of Iran that the false and criminal Zionist regime is the root of all insecurities in the region and an anti-peace entity, he added.
