Ingredients
Roll Puff Pastry
1 egg yolk
Half a cup chocolate fat
Preparation
1. Cut the pastry paste into 8 triangles, in the same way as slicing the pizza.
2. Add the chocolate cream on the dough.
3. Roll each triangle around itself as the shape of croissants.
4. Put the egg whites using brush on the face of the croissant pieces.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, until dough is cooked.
