QSD groups abduct several civilians in Deir Ezzour countryside

Deir Ezzour (ST): QSD groups, backed by the US occupation forces, continued their crimes against civilians and have abducted several civilians in a number of villages in Deir Ezzour eastern Countryside amid popular rejection of these groups and their oppressive practices.

Local sources  affirmed that QSD groups, supported by the US occupation forces, attacked the villages of al-Bseira, al-Ruz, al-Shehail and Zeeban in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour city and abducted scores of civilians taking them to unknown places.

The sources added that QSD groups imposed a curfew on the attacked villages and closed all markets and shops, noting that locals of al-Jurzi village demonstrated against QSD groups who opened fire against demonstrators causing the injury of a civilian.

Over the past few weeks, locals in the Syrian Jezira took to the streets protesting against the repressive and criminal measures of QSD groups and their supporters.
